The Growing Preacher: From Study to Pulpit is a fourteen-lesson course taking you through every part of preaching—from how you study the text to how you deliver the sermon. Whether you've been preaching for decades or are still finding your footing, this course is designed to help you, and those you are training, to feed your people from the whole Bible, with Christ at the center, week after week.

Option 1: Join a cohort online and receive live feedback from CC&C pastors

Focuses
Christ-Centered Interpretation
The cohort will consider issues related to Christ-Centered interpretation, including how to preach Christ from different genres. ​

Clarifying Sermon Structure
The cohort will examine different approaches to developing weekly sermons, managing weekly sermon preparation, and how to keep the sermon unified.

Improving Sermon Quality
The cohort will identify the ingredients which make a sermon clear and compelling, including the proper use of illustrations and application.​

Senior Pastor Cohort — Led by Josh Wredberg
For experienced lead pastors who want to honestly evaluate their preaching, sharpen what they already do, and continue to grow as preachers.
Assistant Pastor Cohort — Led by Aaron Browning
For assistant pastors, elders, and interns who preach occasionally and want to build a solid foundation.
European Pastor Cohort — Led by Matthew Marshall
For pastors across Europe who want to grow as preachers and find a community of like-minded brothers who understand the demands of gospel ministry.​
