Jeff is from the Republic of Ireland and studied at Cornhill Training Course (Proclamation Trust, London) and Oakhill Theological College (London). He has been the pastor of Ballycullen Community Church in Dublin since 2009. Jeff is married to Caroline and they have four children--Joshua, Abby, Conor, and Chloe.
