Marshal L. Ausberry, Sr. is the Pastor of the Antioch Baptist Church located in Fairfax Station, VA. Pastor Ausberry has served as Pastor of Antioch for 25 years. Pastor Ausberry was elected 1st Vice President of the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC) in 2019. The SBC is comprise of approximately 46,000 churches with membership over 15 million. Pastor Ausberry also serves as the President of the National African American Fellowship (NAAF) of the SBC. NAAF is a fellowship of approximately 4,000 predominately African American churches within the SBC (naaftogether.org).

Pastor Ausberry earned a Doctor of Ministry degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in Preaching; a THM in Preaching from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary; a Master of Divinity degree from the Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University; a graduate Certificate in Biblical Studies from Capital Bible Seminary; and a Certificate in Apologetics from Biola University.

In addition, Pastor Ausberry earned a Master of Science degree in Accounting from James Madison University and a Bachelor of Science degree with majors in Accounting and Management.

Dr. Ausberry has had the privilege to preach and teach in various countries to include Kenya, Benin, Senegal, Italy, Antigua, Southeast Asia and Canada.

Pastor Ausberry is married to Robyn Duke Ausberry. God has blessed them with 3 adult children (Marshal, Rian, and Mycah).
